In 2015, Huy Minh committed to provide 2 staff house blocks for the Primary and Secondary Schools at Hai Ly Commune, Hai Hau - Nam Dinh Province. This is the turn-key project and the estimated expenditure is about 2.5 Billion VNDs. One of the blocks was built and handovered to the Secondary school in September 2015. The second block for the Primary school was suspended due to the new built project of this school and its new location has not been identified.

Instead, Huy Minh split the balance of the committed fun to contribute in the staff house building project for Hai Hau B High School and built new W.C. block and a new school yard for the Primary School of Hai Ly. These projects are under construction now and should be finished in late January or early of February 2016.

The construction works completed on the 3rd Sept 2015 after 70 days under hash working
environment because of the hot summer 2015

The new staff house was fully equipped with furniture such as, working station, bed, cabinet,
kitchen wares, fridges, LCD TV, Internet access that can accommodate 16 teachers



On the 3rd, Sept 2015, Huy Minh also contribute 20 sets of new standard tables for the  Secondary 
school of Hai Ly Commune. These new tables are to replace the old and under sized once that have
been existed for decades

On the 7th, January 2016, Huy Minh contributed a total amount of 170 Million Dongs to Hai Hau B 
High School in which 150 Millions to assist their staff house building program and 20 Millions for Scholarship.

Huy Minh has been the regular Sponsor for a Charity program called "Muon mat cuoc doi - various aspects of life" organized by The Ba Ria Vung Tau Television Broast (BRT). This program provides hopes of immediate finance aids for understandard living families, People facing serious sickness and for Children of poor families who are facing the posibility of schooling suspension
